Promotion Claim
Thank you for making our 2023 Fire Up Your Savings Promotion a huge success.
Now is the time to submit your promotion claims, so we can credit you for all your support.
Before subitting a claim
- Claims are only eligible for sales during the promotion period. No exceptions.
- Only qualifying products are eligible for a rebate and a claim. No exceptions.
- Make sure you have a digital version of a customer invoice clearly stating the date of purchase, the product name and the discount given at check-out.
- Claims can only be submitted until November 20, 2023. Any late submission won’t qualify for reimbursement.
- Submit only one claim at a time. Multiple sales in one form submission won’t be accepted.
What happens after you submit a claim
- Your claim(s) will be reviewed by Pacific Energy for eligibility.
- Eligible claims will be sent to your distributor for review and approval.
- Once both, Pacific Energy and your distributor, approve the claim, a credit will be issued.
